We offer a 90-day money back guarantee on our financed properties. We want our customers to feel confident that they can commit, buy quickly and lock in their desired property without the risk of losing it to another buyer in a fast-moving market. Our money back guarantee allows the buyer time to go visit the property after they purchase it with no risk and no penalty to make sure it’s the right property for them. 

If for whatever reason the property is not a good fit, then we’ll refund your down payment and any monthly principal payments made up to that point or we will exchange it for another property no questions asked. 

Our guarantee excludes any fees associated with the transaction (i.e., closing costs, document fees, taxes or other fees).  This guarantee only applies to financed properties.  All cash sales are final.
